Patti is celebrating 10 years in the local Real Estate market , representing both buyers and sellers on a variety of properties: new construction, historic homes, condos, investments, vacant land parcels, etc.... in all areas of Whitman and Latah Counties.  Having lived and worked in the Pullman/Moscow area for over 25 years, Patti has a great appreciation for the integrity of Pullman and Moscow as well as each outlying community. Patti has purchased, improved, managed and sold investment properties for her own company, Green Kent Properties, LLC as well. Currently owning and managing 12 investment properties, Patti has a good working knowledge of both the residential and investment housing market.

 During the 5 years prior to beginning her Real Estate career, Patti was instrumental in the day to day operations of her husband's company, KentCo Construction. She worked hands-on with many homeowners and/or potential homeowners, making improvements to their homes to meet the standards of numerous lending institutions as well as just repairing and updating their properties to suit their needs and desires. She still is an active owner of this company and as such keeps in contact with building materials, reputable contractors and general trends.
